Staff Innovators Program

The Staff Innovators Program helps teams of staff at the university explore tough challenges, learn innovation strategies, and generate solutions to complex workplace challenges.

Led by Elizabeth Strickler, Director of Media Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Creative Media Industries Institute, and myself, Phil Ventimiglia, Chief Innovation Officer, the Staff Innovators Program is an intensive, year-long professional development opportunity for teams of staff to learn the mindset and processes that lead to innovation by designing, carrying out and sharing results from practical projects. Structured as a course, the Staff Innovators Program engages teams in in-person workshops with local experts and business leaders, online coursework and activities, data collection and analysis, and presentations that share progress and solutions.
